Can I play on my own account?

Microsoft Store: Yes, you log into the bought account just to download the game, after that you can enjoy the game on your very own account to your heart's content.

Steam: No, you have to play on the purchased account.

Is this a shared account?

Yes, though it does not affect gameplay, everything (eg. your save file) is stored on your account and pc, no one is able to restrict your access nor change your save file.

Won’t this account disappear?

Account is running fine for approximately 2 years now, if needed, we change the account credentials, but new ones will always be found here and it will not affect your experience.

Premium DLC's are not working, what to do?

  1. Log into your main account in the Xbox app, then close it. ! Make sure it's closed in task manager as well !
  2. Log into the purchased account in the Microsoft Store app, then close it too.
  3. Start the game up through the shortcut and check if the DLC's are working now.

When trying to install the game I get an error, what do I do?

  1. Cancel the installation process in Microsoft Store app → try to download the game through the Xbox app (you don’t need to be logged into the bought account on Xbox app to download it, you just need to be logged in on it in Microsoft Store app and you’ll be able to download the game)
  2. Log out from the Microsoft Store app → In Windows search bar type “cmd” and press enter → in command line type “WSReset.exe” and press enter → Restart your PC → log in on Microsoft Store app and try downloading the game again
  3. Open Windows settings → Click on System → click on Storage → Under the “More storage settings” section, click the “Change where new content is saved” option → using the “New apps will save to” drop-down menu, change the default drive and try installing the game again.

I have to type in the pin code when trying to log into Microsoft Store, where can I find it?

You have to type in the pin code you use to log into your PC.

WARNING! it can also ask for different type of pin code, if that is the case, please contact me through Ebay or Discord.

The game is crashing, what to do?

Open task manager andturn off `Windows Explorer` task AFTER you open up the game. Make sure all your folders are closed since otherwise `Windows Explorer` tast will not appear

After you're finished playing open task manager again --> click "File" --> press "Run new task" --> insert explorer.exe and press OK.

When I try logging in there is a pop-up saying “the account is banned”, what do I do?

The account may sometimes not work on Xbox app, which results in such pop-up, it should work perfectly on Microsoft Store app, and it does not affect anything at all.

Someone else is playing on the account and it kicks me out of the game, what to do?

Set-up the bought account as the main/home account on the console, then log into your main account and start up the game.
